AI-Integrated Legal Support System

This project started with a single AI professional license and a hunch: that AI could help support staff work smarter without replacing legal expertise.

I developed and deployed an AI-integrated legal operations framework using AI, tailored to the firm's specific tone, workflows, and ethical boundaries. The system reduced retyping, improved document quality, and gave attorneys and staff a repeatable toolset they could actually trust.

What I Built:

  • A dedicated, memory-aware AI model for legal support workflows

  • Task-specific prompt libraries for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

  • Email and procedural drafting templates embedded with NY litigation logic

  • AI training protocols with version-controlled feedback loops

  • A 20-page operational guide including usage, guardrails, outcomes, and ethics

    The system now powers >450 hours of equivalent labor output, including motion prep, procedural summaries, timeline drafting, discovery followups, and more, with 100% human review and zero risk to legal integrity
